REFUND POLICY 

We are doing our best for a joyful shopping experience. Make sure to check the Size Chart and pick the correct size.

Will Exchange products with details mentioned below :

• The product is with manufacturing defect.
• Different product has been delivered to you. The product does not match ordered SKU. 
• If the product sent to is not the right size. 
• Items will be exchanged only once. 
• We don't offer monetary refunds

• Sale & Discounted products cannot be exchanged
• Accessories & Home Decors cannot be exchanged.

Kindly email at info@shopchikankari.com within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. 

After speaking with our customer care team, you will have to ship the product back to our Address. Reverse pick can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

• Once the order is processed, no cancellation request is accepted.
• Shop Chikankari reserves the right to cancel the order and refund.

We have displayed the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However colors may vary slightly due to photographic light source, computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary. 

Delivery Address Change / Change in Size 

If the existing order has not been processed, we will facilitate the Changes in size and  Shipping Address.
